LET’S

WORK

Black Girls Lead Too partners with schools, organizations, and community institutions to build ecosystems that shift the conditions shaping Black women’s and girls’ lives—not just their individual outcomes.

We design and facilitate workshops and learning experiences that address systemic invisibility, leadership burnout, and disconnection by creating spaces rooted in belonging, cultural affirmation, and collective care. Our work moves beyond surface-level engagement to support long-term change within the communities and institutions we partner with.

Our workshops are intentionally designed as decolonized, humanizing learning experiences, grounded in Africana Studies and informed by Dr. Gholdy Muhammad’s Historically Responsive Literacy (HILL) framework. This approach centers identity, intellect, criticality, skill-building, and joy, ensuring participants are not only engaged but affirmed, challenged, and supported as leaders and knowledge producers, and stakeholders.

Partners choose Black Girls Lead Too because we understand that sustainable change happens at the ecosystem level. Our programming strengthens relationships, builds shared language, and creates pathways for collective action, benefiting individuals while transforming the environments they move through.
