The Blackgirl Leadership Collective is a six-week leadership program that equips Black girls and young women with the language to name harm, engage critically with social and civic systems, and imagine Black girl-centered futures through collective analysis and civic practice.
Grounded in Blackgirlhood Studies, Black feminist thought, and Gholdy Muhammad’s five learning pursuits, the Collective treats language as a tool for civic power and imagination as a core leadership skill.
