The Blackgirl Leadership Academy is a six-week leadership program that equips Black girls and young women with the language, knowledge, and critical tools to examine and navigate social and civic systems. Grounded in Blackgirlhood Studies, Black feminist thought, and Gholdy Muhammad's Five Learning Pursuits, the Academy positions language as a tool for civic power and imagination as an essential leadership practice.
