WE BELIEVE BLACK WOMEN AND GIRLS

ARE THE ARCHITECTS OF OUR WORLD

OUR MISSION

Black Girls Lead Too is a collective of Black women and girls reclaiming and redefining leadership by cultivating education, wellness, economic sovereignty, and storytelling as pathways to self-determination.

Our WHY

Black Girls Lead Too exists to support Black girls and young women (ages 11–24) during critical identity-forming years when leadership, belonging, and self-determination are often unsupported. By integrating education, wellness, economic sovereignty, and storytelling, we address a key gap in leadership and identity development that, if left unaddressed, contributes to long-term mental and physical health inequities.
